Phone Calls

Your call is important to us! If you need to speak with us during business hours, please leave your name, the nature of your problem, and your daytime and evening phone numbers. We return calls as soon as possible. To serve you faster, we may ask you to talk to a nurse about the nature of your problem.

Appointments

Please call 248-293-1002 to make an appointment. If you cannot keep an appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to schedule other patients who need to be seen and helps the office run more smoothly.

If you are coming to our office for the first time, please bring immunization records and a list of current prescription and over-the-counter medications you are taking. This helps us prepare an appropriate treatment plan for you.

Prescriptions

Prescription refills can often be done over the phone. For some prescriptions, however, we may ask you to come in for a re-evaluation before refilling.

Routine refills are handled only during office hours. In emergencies, we may prescribe sufficient medication until we can see you in the office. Please ask for all prescriptions and renewals while you are here to ensure adequate quantities until your next visit.

Payments and Insurance

Insurance plans vary greatly. For this reason, please be aware of what your insurance plan covers, particularly deductibles and co payments, and whether office visits are covered by your plan.

We participate with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare and most other third-party payors. If you are covered, and our office participates with your insurance, please bring your insurance card to your appointment, and we will gladly submit all claims for you.

If you have a co-pay, or are not covered, or if we do not participate with your insurance carrier, we would appreciate payment at the time of your visit. For your convenience, you may pay by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

We make every effort to keep the cost of your medical care down. You can help by paying at the time of your visit.
