Dr. Yoder was born in Akron. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and received his Doctorate of medicine there. He then attended a four-year combined internal medicine and pediatric residency at Beaumont-Royal Oak. Dr. Yoder is a member of the American Diabetes Association, and the Mennonite Medical Association. He speaks English and French.
