The Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) is an approach to providing comprehensive care for children and adults, in a health care setting that facilitates partnerships between patients and their primary care physicians.
Insurance & Billing
We accept most major insurance plans. Please remember, it is impossible for PRISM Medical Group to know every insurance plan. We do our best to know what plans are accepted but ultimately it is up to the patient to know their insurance. Click Learn More for more information.
