Locations

PRISM Medical Group has locations in Rochester Hills and Bloomfield Hills.

One of our Rochester Hills locations is in the Wellpointe Building, located at 1701 South Blvd. E., west of Dequindre and east of the Beaumont building. PRISM Medical Group is comprised of 5 suites in this building, 3 on the second floor and 2 on the first floor.

Our second Rochester Hills location is in the Executive Place Building, located at 1055 South Blvd. E., on the north east corner of John R and South Blvd. We can be found on the second floor of this building.

Our Bloomfield Hills location is at 50 Big Beaver Rd., just east of Woodward, on the first floor.
