Kim Carlson, PharmD

Kim graduated from Michigan State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology.  She then attended Ferris State University’s Doctor of Pharmacy program and earned her PharmD degree in 2017.

Kim is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and is a member of the Michigan Pharmacists Association.  Her practice focus is on comprehensive medication management and chronic disease management.
