TELEMEDICINE

PRISM providers are now offering virtual / telemedicine visits through Doximity. You will not need access to your Follow My Health patient portal to complete a virtual visit.

At or near the time of your telemedicine appointment, you will receive a text message from your provider with a link.  Click on that link to begin your telemedicine visit.  Please be sure to allow access to your camera and microphone.
